Or, write us to earmark your gift for a specific project. Here’s a preview of our current fundraisers and how we use donations:

Support EcoStudio: on Giving Tuesday, 2023, we started a fundraiser to increase our financial capacity and cover overhead through the summer months between seasonable educational programming. Our goal: raise $12,500 and receive 100 donations. As of December, 2024, we have raised $1,950 and received 28 donations. Please consider EcoStudio in your year-end giving and help us continue our work.

Climate Justice Solutions: With a donation to the Artists for Climate Justice Fund, support sustainable development projects and other climate justice solutions for frontline communities. Since Earth Day, 2022, we’ve raised over $3,500 through River Glass Books sales and donations. With these funds, we’ve donated $1,000 to the Orchid Conservation Fund to support landslide relief efforts in the Baños, Ecuador, region; helped start a youth birdwatching program in the Ecuadorian Amazon basin; and we’re planning a clean water infrastructure project for the Mandari Panga community. Make a donation by mailing a check or using the link above. Read more about the Fund here.

Biodiversity Conservation: Let us know, and we’ll add your donation to our year-end giving to protect threatened forests in Ecuador with Orchid Conservation Alliance and Fundación EcoMinga. Since 2021, we’ve raised almost $20,000 for the conservation of threatened forests with Orchid Conservation Alliance and Fundación EcoMinga. Donations may be earmarked for “biodiversity conservation” to support a range of conservation projects, or “EcoMinga: Vanilla” to benefit EcoMinga’s Cloud Forest Vanilla Project.

Literary Publishing: Show your support for River Glass Books by donating to our publishing projects. Your donation will offset production expenses and help us to continue paying our writers and artists.

Thank you! Our work would not be possible without your generous gift.
