EcoStudio Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that contributes to environmental conservation through programs in education in the arts.

Our mission is to unite conservation, education, and the arts to create a more just world. We pledge to support grass-roots conservation efforts, fight biodiversity loss in the world’s most crucial ecosystems, and advocate for the rights of those whose lives and land are endangered by environmental threats.

We advance this mission through our Global Learning programs, including faculty-led study abroad in Ecuador for US students, and through the publication of literary and artistic material by our imprint, River Glass Books.

In 2022, we sent over one hundred students to Ecuador on faculty-led programs for US colleges and universities, published two chapbooks of short fiction and poetry, and launched our first coordinated fundraiser.

In 2023, we sent over 150 students, artists, scientists, and lifelong learners to Ecuador on experiential learning programs, published a chapbook of poetry, and donated $8,000 for the protection of threatened forests in Ecuador.

This is just the beginning! We’re planning several more university programs, literary publishing projects, and fundraising initiatives for the coming months.

As we expand our offerings, we’re looking to welcome more members to our team.

Open positions will be posted here. Or, send us an email if you’d like to get involved but don’t see your ideal opportunity here.
